You get a 3D CBCT scan — the same imaging we use to plan surgery, so you see your actual bone and anatomy rather than a guess. You get periapical X-rays, a full implant exam with Dr. Weiler, and a written treatment plan with real costs explained in plain language. We’ll also walk you through your financing options.

Altogether that’s a $500 value, and it’s yours at no charge with no obligation to book treatment afterwards. Some people leave and decide to wait a year. That’s completely fine — you’ll just be deciding with the facts instead of guessing.

It’s the question we hear most, and it’s a fair one to ask.

The honest answer is that most patients tell us it was far easier than they expected. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are both available here if you want them, and placement is planned in 3D before we ever begin — which means less guesswork and a shorter, more comfortable procedure.

At your consultation Dr. Weiler will walk you through exactly what to expect, step by step, before you commit to anything.

That may well have been true at the time you were told it — but it isn’t always the end of the conversation. Dr. Weiler trained specifically in bone grafting and sinus lifts during his additional year of advanced surgical training, and both procedures are performed here in-house rather than referred out.

Patients who were turned away elsewhere often turn out to have options after all. The only way to know is a proper 3D look at what’s actually there, and that scan is included free in your consultation.

A “no” from years ago doesn’t have to be your final answer.

We accept Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem, Cigna, Connection Dental, Dental Network of America, Humana, MetLife, United Concordia and United Healthcare.

Here’s the straight answer on implants specifically: most dental insurance plans don’t cover them, and Medicare and Medicaid don’t either. We’d rather tell you that up front than have you find out at the front desk.

That’s exactly why we offer financing, and why we have an in-house savings plan for patients without dental insurance at all. Bring your card to the consultation and we’ll check what your plan does cover — often extractions or other parts of the treatment are covered even when the implant isn’t.

You’ll know by the end of your free consultation, because you’ll leave with real numbers for your specific case rather than a range off a website.

We work with CareCredit®, Sunbit and Cherry, all of which offer monthly payment plans, and we accept every major payment type for out-of-pocket costs. For patients without dental insurance, our in-house savings plan brings the rest of your care down as well.

Most people are surprised to find it’s more manageable than they assumed. But you genuinely can’t know until someone shows you the actual figures — and getting those figures costs you nothing.

It depends on what you need, and we’ll map out your exact timeline at the consultation.

For a single implant, most cases run three to six months start to finish — and the large majority of that is healing time, not time in the chair. You’re not coming in every week.

For full-arch cases (All-on-4®), the surgery can often be completed in a single appointment, with a provisional set of teeth placed so you don’t leave without a smile while the implants integrate.

Because everything is done here — extraction, grafting, surgery and the final restoration — there’s no waiting on another office’s schedule between steps.

Yes. Honestly, it’s one of the things we’re known for.

If fear has kept you away for years, you’re not unusual and you’re not going to be judged for it. We’ll give you a dark room if you want one, a warm blanket, your own music, and nitrous oxide or oral sedation if that’s what helps. Dr. Weiler has also been known to sing to nervous patients — they tend to remember it.

And it’s worth saying clearly: your consultation involves no drilling and no procedure at all. It’s a scan, a conversation and answers. Nothing happens to your teeth that day.
